The complex at 239 Grunwaldzka Avenue is located in one of the best-connected parts of Gdańsk. The building combines the function of a modern student residence and a hotel, offering nearly 500 comfortable rooms for students. From the upper floors, you can admire panoramic views of the Bay of Gdańsk and the Tricity Landscape Park. The lower floors feature a dining area, conference rooms, a fitness zone, and shared spaces. It is an excellent place for urban living, studying, and everyday life in an attractive location.

Student Residence

WHY CHOOSE US

The complex is being developed at 239 Grunwaldzka Avenue, near the University of Gdańsk campus. The new building will serve two functions: a student residence and a hotel. Nearly 500 rooms will be available for guests and students. From the rooms located on the top floors, you will be able to admire the Bay of Gdańsk, the Tricity Landscape Park, and other attractions of Gdańsk. Lower down, on the first floor, there will be dining venues, conference rooms, and a fitness zone.

Rooms

Students will have at their disposal apartments with large private terraces, single rooms, and rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. All residents will have access to common spaces: areas for study, rest, and relaxation, laundry room, fitness zone, and dining with a large, publicly accessible terrace.

Services

Service facilities will operate year-round, adapted to the needs of the market and the residents of the building. The project is being developed by MEGA S.A., acting as the General Contractor, which previously built the facility on Sobieskiego Street for the Collegia group.

Rooms for students of Gdańsk universities

Students have at their disposal apartments with large private terraces, single rooms, and rooms with a shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Various accommodation segments are also available, including double options, ensuring the offer meets the needs of different people. Regardless of the choice, every resident receives access to common spaces designed for studying, relaxation, and resting. This is a solution that works well both on a daily basis and during an intensive academic year.

A student residence with modern services

The facility was developed by MEGA S.A., acting as the General Contractor. This is the company that previously developed the facility on Sobieskiego Street for the Collegia group. The service facilities operate year-round, and the building administration is available 24/7 to provide support to the residents. It is worth noting that the administration operates continuously, ensuring the comfort of users and the smooth functioning of the building. Electronic keys and all essential accommodation information are also available on-site.

A functionally furnished room with an area of approx. 20 m², with a comfortable 160 cm wide bed, a spacious wardrobe, a desk, and wall-mounted shelves. Free and high-speed internet connection. The kitchen area features a microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, as well as dishes and cutlery. You will also have a bathroom equipped with a shower at your disposal. The rooms are fully furnished and ready to move in right away! The only thing worth remembering – is your own bed linen and towels. Standard rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Compared to a standard room, the Standard Plus room is additionally equipped with a monitor. Standard Plus rooms are located on floors 4 - 10.

The ideal solution for friends or couples. You will find everything you need here - two independent rooms, each with a comfortable 160 cm bed, spacious wardrobes, desks, and wall-mounted shelves. Free and high-speed internet connection. The kitchen area features a microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, as well as dishes and cutlery. You will also have a bathroom with a shower cubicle at your disposal. All of this is contained within approximately 40 m². The rooms are fully furnished and ready to move in right away! The only thing worth remembering - is your own bed linen and towels. Studio rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The Studio Plus room is additionally equipped with a monitor. The rooms are located on floors 4 - 10.
