WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE US
The complex is being built at 239 Grunwaldzka Avenue, near the campus of the University of Gdansk. The new building will serve two functions: dormitory and hotel. Nearly half a thousand rooms will be available to guests and students. From the rooms located on the top floors it will be possible to admire the Bay of Gdansk, the Tri-City Landscape Park and other Gdansk attractions. Lower down, on the first floor, there will be catering facilities, conference rooms and a fitness centre.
Rooms
Students will have flats with large private terraces, single rooms and rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. All residents will have access to common areas: study, rest and relaxation rooms, laundry, fitness and catering facilities with a large public terrace.
Services
The service functions will operate year-round, with adjustments made to the needs of the market and the facility's residents. The facility is being constructed by MEGA S.A., acting as the General Contractor, which has also previously constructed the facility on Sobieskiego Street for the Collegia Group.
